Capacity adjustment sets
Guide channels are available in a number of different diameters for all bar loading magazines with hydrodynamic bar guidance.
Clamping sleeves/clamping mandrels
FMB offers clamping sleeves and clamping mandrels of OEM quality for its loading magazines, to handle all the material bar or pipe diameters needed. There is also a wide range of special variants to enable the optimum solution to be provided for individual applications.
Spindle liners
On request FMB can also supply spindle liners to match a substantial number of lathe types; these enable the spindle opening to be optimally adapted to match the guide channel diameter.
Bundle loader
A bundle loader may be used in the case of high material throughputs or when machining material bars with larger diameters, which place particular ergonomic requirements on the loading of the magazine due to their weight.
The FMB bundle loaders have a capacity of 2.5 t and facilitate fully automated material bar feed over a long period of time. The bundle loader is located in front of the loading magazine and can be adapted to suit most kinds of magazine using specific attachments. The material bundle is loaded using a crane or forklift truck.
