Unload system

An unload system is used for the automatic removal of finished parts from machine tools such as a CNC lathe. Round materials are fed to single-spindle lathes via an oil-flushed guide channel. On long-turning lathes, the guide bush provides support and axial guidance of the material bars during the turning process. The steady and guide tube or telescopic tube provide secure guidance for the material bars as they are fed to the main spindle of the lathe.
